Tovi ("we", "our", or "us") is a private digital gallery for children's artwork. We take privacy seriously — especially because our product is used by families with young children. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address. We use this to create your account and to send you service-related communications.
Content you upload. Photos of artwork you upload are stored securely and associated with your account. We do not use uploaded artwork for any purpose other than displaying it to people you explicitly share it with.
Usage data. We collect basic usage information (such as when you log in or upload artwork) to improve the product. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist before signing up, we store your email address to notify you when access is available.
Tovi is designed for parents and guardians to manage on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The account holder (a parent or guardian) controls all content and sharing permissions.
We do not display advertising, build behavioral profiles, or share any data relating to children or their artwork with third parties for commercial purposes.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your content with third parties except as described below.
People you invite. When you share a gallery link, the recipients can view the artwork at that link. You control who receives the link and can revoke access at any time.
Service providers. We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Tovi (such as cloud storage and authentication). These providers process data only on our behalf and are contractually bound to keep it confidential.
Legal requirements. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tovi, our users, or others.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to production data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

We retain your account data and uploaded artwork for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
